Wayne E. Yang is the former head of research for Hamilton Lane, a private equity advisory firm with more than $16 billion of assets under management for managed accounts, as well as an additional $89 billion in advisory assets. He also formerly worked for Pegasus Capital Advisors, a private equity firm with more than $1 billion, where he specialized in analyzing the bank debt, bonds and equity of distressed companies. He has worked in the leveraged finance, global derivatives and corporate banking groups of Union Bank of Switzerland. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and Cornell University.
